Julie has been with us for ten years, since she moved to Columbus in 2012. Before that, she worked as a licensed real estate agent in upstate New York, where she was born and raised. It was a PCS move with her husband that brought her to Columbus.

Julie’s an outstanding Realtor and she truly lives and breathes her slogan, “Making realty dreams a reality”. Every day, she strives to achieve this for all of her clients. “I wake up early and begin with a workout to clear my mind to begin each day fresh and energized.” That’s where any typical aspects of her day end. “Each day I am motivated to face the new and different challenges, while continuing to make it a great experience for my buyers and sellers.”

While each day may bring something new, it also brings plenty of questions. Julie appreciates these questions and sometimes finds herself learning something new, as she always wants to give her clients and colleagues the most accurate answer possible. “Many questions are related to the steps of buying homes, what to offer on homes, how to purchase a home at the best price and have your offer stand out if you’re dealing with multiple buyers, when is a good time to buy, and the list goes on! I am always willing to assist with any question or provide guidance.”

This willingness and availability to her clients is one of the many reasons why she has been successful in her career. While working in New York, she was named among the Top Producers multiple times. Here in Columbus, things are no different. She has been awarded the similar Circle of Excellence multiple times, and she’s been the top agent for us for multiple years. “I am extremely grateful to have received all of these awards, but I always remember that it is because I have been blessed to assist the most amazing buyers and sellers on this journey to reach their goals of buying and selling their homes that I was able to be the recipient of all of these awards.”

When she’s not working to make her clients’ dreams a reality, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling when possible. She also has a passion for interior design and the arts, not to mention a background in interior design from her studies at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Julie is as dedicated to her community as she is to her clients. “I am very passionate about volunteering to help animals. I have also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity build projects, and community activities in my neighborhood and church.”

No matter what she does, Julie gives it her all and makes a difference in people’s lives. That’s one of the things she loves most about her job. She loves “seeing the joy in a buyer’s eye when they find the home that is right for them. Helping someone who didn’t think buying a home was an option for them close on their home. Or helping my sellers to sell their home and continue on the next journey in life.”
